We received a sudden request early in the morning and responded promptly. Although we headed to the scene quickly, there are limits since we can’t travel as fast as an ambulance. Even so, considering the owner’s feelings, we felt that responding as soon as possible was the best thing to do. At the site, we could sense the owner’s impatience, but after resolving the issue without incident and seeing that both the owner and pet were at ease on our way back, we breathed a sigh of relief.
